Apis Wise is a server-based software solution which runs on a secure server hosted on premise at the client’s locations. Our software is sold as a single purchase license with mandatory annual technology assurance billed annually. Specific payment and usage terms vary by client and installation and our privileged information based on our Software License agreement with each client.

Privacy Policy

Data

Apis Wise is a server-based software solution which runs on a secure server hosted on premise at the client’s locations. No data is exposed to the internet other than data which is imported or exported to external systems such as account, ERP, WMS and other cloud-based solutions outside of Apis Wise. All of these connections and data are defined by our customer and we never expose this data to any source other than those provided to us.

The customer owns and manages the data and may delete or block access to it at any time.

No system data is ever used by Apis Wise for any reason other than technical support.
No customer information will ever be disclosed to any other party or be used for marketing or other purposes by Apis Wise.
